Special Recognition Ceremony: We are honored to welcome Ms. Manjari Sinha, an acclaimed performing arts critic, who will be recognized for receiving the prestigious 2025 Sangeet Natak Akademi Award. Join us as we celebrate her remarkable contributions to the performing arts.

Author Conversation & Book Discussion: The afternoon will also feature an engaging conversation with author Rajendrani Mukhopadhyay about her acclaimed debut novel, Chitra Demands to Go Home. The novel tells the moving story of Chitra, a 75-year-old Bengali woman living in an assisted living facility in Columbus, Ohio, who longs to return to her beloved home in Kolkata. Through humor, resilience, and heartfelt emotion, the book explores aging, family relationships, immigrant experiences, cultural identity, and the universal desire to belong. The discussion will be especially meaningful for Baby Boomers, caregivers, families, and anyone interested in stories that bridge generations and cultures.
